[hpsdr] AK5394A - current date I've got is June 23rd

Got news today from All American on my order for AK5394A's - earliest they 
will have the parts is June 23rd.   This is not good news for checking out 
the Janus alpaha boards.  Will ping the local AKM rep tomorrow and see if 
perhaps she's been able to come up with some of these chips.

Needless to say -- if anyone can lay their hands on some of these chips I'd 
love to hear about it.
