[hpsdr] Mercury: Insertion loss of analog HF filters

Thanks for all the feedback on this topic. Penelope all ready provides access 
directly to the DAC output so you can connect external filters etc or use the 
alias outputs for VHF/UHF use. 

We will look at adding a similar feature to Mercury.
