[hpsdr] How to upload a hex file to Ozy?

Hi All,

Iam currently working on defining a NCO in the fpga of Ozy.

The output of the nco must come from a ROM which is filled with a LUT (LookUp TableI) ; the LUT is defined  in a hex file which must be loaded into the FPGA. 

How can i achieve this?
