[hpsdr] USB Specification

As a matter of fact, the current firmware in the Ozy's FX2 does _not_
support anything other than high-speed mode (480Mbps). The USB
descriptors for high-speed mode (480 Mbps) include descriptors for data
transport on ENDPOINTS 2, 4, 6, & 8; the full-speed (12.5Mbps)
descriptors - required by any USB device to keep from hanging a
full-speed bus - include _no_ data ENDPOINT descriptors. So while Ozy
will not hang your USB 1.1 bus, you cannot get any data into or out of
it.

Ahh -- but we have 'messed around with' the FX2 firmware -- we have our
own
FX2 code, derived from the GNURadio USRP code.
