[hpsdr] Odyssey beginning the journey

Odyssey Siren revision A is running as a 10.7-ish  MHz dual IF (one RX, 
one TX).  It is receiving 48 kHz of bandwidth and sending it out as a 
full duplex pipe function.  The remainder of the SDR work will proceed 
quickly now.  Frank and I are very excited.  Measurements will follow in 
a few days.
