[hpsdr] Odyssey beginning the journey

Congratulations -- getting the data on and off the board is a big 
milestone.

If you folks do another run of Sirens let me know -- just picked up an ICOM 
PCR 100 cheap that has a 10.7 MHz IF -- would be neat to try and use that 
in front of  a Siren.
