[hpsdr] Re Export experts?

Insured, tracked mail for distribution inside the EU is easily going to 
cost about $10-$15 per packet anyway, and there is zero chance of 
whoever imports the bulk supply avoiding VAT in their country, which 
could be 5% higher than UK VAT, and is not refundable for private 
individuals.   Please leave us the option of getting our individual 
orders by USPS!
