[Hpsdr] Slots - and processor usage

I have my OZY in board slot 1 from the power connector, and the Janus board
in slot 3 and have had no problems.  I have found that running 96k really
eats up my dual core processor, so have decided to run 48k most of the time.
The quality of the receive and transmit audio is just great, again thanks to
the HPSDR team for making these boards available to the SDR users.
