[hpsdr] Errors from InitOzy

Yes, Bill, all error messages are gone using initozy11.bat and what is 
metioned below which I downloaded yesterday from your homepage.
A/J/O with my 4-board stack of SDR-1000 (+ homemade driver and 
MRF150-PA) with Beta 1.9.1 SVN:1321
