[hpsdr] SSB TX is sometimes on the wrong sideband

A couple days ago I was unable to check in to a 40M net even
though signals were strong and I was running a KW.

The next day, the same thing happened.  After checking the
antenna and the normal culprits, nothing was found.

I powered up my spectrum analyzer and found the srd1000/O/J
was transmitting on USB while I was listening on LSB. Hmmm.

I switched bands to 160M and RX and TX were both on LSB as
indicated by PowerSDR.  I then switched back to 40M and it was
working correctly, RX/TX on the same sideband. 

I'm guessing that something is going on in PowerSDR.  I'll try
to figure it out and let you know.
