[hpsdr] SSB TX is sometimes on the wrong sideband

Hmm....... are you sure it is wrong sideband or is it perhaps DDS 
tuned to wrong freq?

Were you running split/rit/xit @ the time?

If you see this again, can you grab a screen shot -- interested in 
seeing what VFOA, DDS osc and DttSP osc are.
