Hi,

Those who need a high accuracy and quality prototype of a front or back panel very fast might take a look at

http://www.frontpanelexpress.com/ in the US,

http://www.schaeffer-ag.de in Europe.

They offer a free design software (including price calculation) and a fast production at a very reasonable price.

Anyway, they are too expensive for mass-pro.
But taking into account the extra milling cost for fast PCB manufacturers, 
they might be in the same price region for single/low quantities and the panels look perfect ;-)
