  Well, of course I can speak only for myself, but, after I will eventually have
solved the horrible problems I am having now with the Beagleboard, *if* there will
be a usable C/C++ compiler, *if* the interface with the underlying DSP processor
will be documented and accessible, and the same will be for the video part,
*then* I could port some of the code of Winrad to the Beagleboard to be used as
a back end of the HPSDR, provided that the USB communication channel with Ozy
would be documented well enough.

A lot of *if* and *when*, but the possibility of the above to become reality,
though low, is greater than zero. It would be zero, null, zilch. (again, referring
just to myself) if the route chosen were that of an FPGA...
