[hpsdr] Mercury - Placement on Atlas Bus

Hi Phil,

sorry but I can not find which THICKNESSES were used in the layer stackup.
I.e. which core thickness is used for the multilayer stackup. 
I can only find the sequence of the stackup which was already known.

Have I missed something?

The TDR and VNA measurements in the ATLAS document should tell you
what you need to know.  Based on the layer stack up and information
from the PCB manufacturer, the actual impedance measurements were
lower than what the stack up and materials info would predict.
