[hpsdr] OZY not invoking "found new hardware wizard"

Hi Phil,

I may be way off beat here, but it seems almost as if you do not have a 
driver installed for Ozy. I know that in the beginning, the LibUSB driver 
was used, but if I am not mistaken (Bill?), Ozy will currently also work 
with the Flex USBIO driver < 
http://support.flex-radio.com/Downloads.aspx?id=50 >. Try downloading the 
latter and installing it as Ozy's USB driver and see how that works.
