[hpsdr] Phoenix Rises - needs circuit checking in Kicad

Hi everybody,
why not convert the KiCad layout directly to Gerber files. I think that almost everybody 
has a copy of 'Viewmate' on his computer which lets us view the Gerber files.
On the other hand the conversion to Gerber would give a first check as well if the KiCad 
files come out correctly in Gerber as production files.
This gives a lot more people a chance to review the layout and possibly find some 
irregularities.

Just my two EURO cents.
