[hpsdr] Penny on 75

Hi all,
  Tonight I made a number of contacts on 75 but my power wasn't as high as expected.
  I measure 10 dBM on the spectrum analyzer in AM mode no modulation with all controls set to maximum power. I am showing high swr on the display and wonder if the power is reduced due to that. Controls seem fine and modulation looks good and sounds good outside of some hum. Also seems fine on SSB and FM. Frank WA1GFZ
