Hi All,
  I plugged Penny in  the right hand Atlas slot with O/J in left and third slot. I powered it up and proper pair of leds came up. I did not modify the command line thinking it would go into TX right away. I had a 30 db power pad as a load connected to a scope. My problem was the power setting page was grayed out even after I put the right set up data into the various set up pages. I wonder if there is any special sequence of boards installed into atlas. The output control page for discrete outputs became active and it looks like it is functional. I'm using an EV664 mice without PTT so removed the bias and ptt jumpers. I have not tried to ptt from the DB25 yet.  I was in AM and SSB modes with no output. Also I dialed in valid operating frequency on 75 meters. I then changes my Softrock frequency to 3.885 MHz and still no TX. 
  The software works fine in RX. Frank
