[hpsdr] SDR to PC parallel port

Some time ago, some kind soul sent me the pinouts for the 25 pin 
parallel port connector between SDR1000 and the PC.  Unfortunately, I 
have misfiled this info, and have also forgotten who the kind person 
was.  Could somebody send it to me again please?  I'm doing some testing 
with Penny, and need to kill the "high VSWR" signal that is (I think) 
being assumed by PowerSDR because of an open pin.
