[hpsdr] Penny

Hi all,
  I was able to get a carrier out of Penny tonight but no modulation with mic connected to Penny. I need to look back at posts as I seen to remember another guy having this problem.
  I do notice you get a full output transient when first keyed then the level drops to the set point.
  I had to configure software as a SDR1000 to get the TX to key. It will not key as a softrock. 
  Also I was getting a high SWR message with over 500 watts output. I'm sure this is my weird configuration.  frank
