[hpsdr] Beating a very dead horse

Sami,

When I plug in the FlexRadio USB-to-Parallel adaptor, two devices show up. I
updated the drivers to both to be the FlexRadio USB version, or any of the
other libusb options available. In all cases, all I get from PowerSDR is a
"USB device not found -4" error message. Any ideas?
