[hpsdr] Firmware for Peneleope

Hi Gerd --

Just to be clear  - when you use PTT-In off the 25 pin connector on 
Penelope  do you see the software go into transmit mode  - the power 
button turns red etc.

Also, what is the date in the title bar of the PowerSDR code you have?
