Hi Andrew,
  
  for the TX capability you should ask the current developers of Winrad, 
those who took my source code and continued its development.
About the email being referenced as an URL, that is because it was sent 
in HTML only, without the text portion. My error.
You probably read the reflector in digest mode, which converts HTML 
messages into  an URL reference.
This message is sent both text and HTML so you should be able to read it 
directly.
