[hpsdr] Shut down issue

Hi,
Latest Power SDR may have a shut down issue. Went to the shack and started up the computer. Fired up Mercury and it was stuck in TX. Killed the file and reloaded Power SDR and it worked fine. Just tried shutting it down then started it again. This time it seemed locked up. I'll see if I can get more information in the next couple days. I've never had this problem before this latest version. Frank
