[hpsdr] Shut down issue

Please - when posting reports, don't say "latest PowerSDR",  instead 
tell me the date string in the title bar - this is the only way I 
know for sure what level of code you're running.

What code level did you have prior to this?   I've not changed much 
in the last few drops, don't think any of them would cause a 'shut 
down issue' -- not sure I know what that is.
