[hpsdr] Audio problems with 4 Feb PowerSDR and latest Ozy

New code (SVN  2653) now at: 
svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_windows/PowerSDR/branches/kd5tfd/PennyMerge/bin/Release 
that does not have the EP4 stuff turned on.  Please let me know if 
this makes a difference.
