[hpsdr] I2C write error with Mercury and Penelope

Hi Paul,

The I2C write errors are normal and are due to not having a Janus board 
on the bus.  Bill, KD5TFD, is working on moving the init code into 
PowerSDR which will fix this.

Sorry about the speed and dropout issues - we are working hard on it!
