[hpsdr] calibrate and NB

Experimenting (playing) with Mercury here

calibration:

It seems that you must start with the preamp ON. If I start with the preamp off, it finishes with the preamp ON and the signal level is off by exactly 20 dB.

NB:

I have some nasty noise on 903 MHz and NB2 quiets it down quite nicely - but only at 48k ks/s
As soon as I switch to the higher rates, the noise comes back. Bug or feature?
