[hpsdr] Mercury arrived to the Arctic.

Hello all:

Mercury arrived in Tromsø, North Norway yesterday. I have tried to get it  
working, but no audio so far. I think there must be a problem with the USB  
driver as I have a sound from the PC as if the USB device is going in and  
out all the time, and there is a message that Janus can not be opened even  
if it is not enabled at all.
