[hpsdr] ADC Overload indicator

Change in this code is addition of an ADC Overload indicator on the 
Panadapter status line that comes on when the LTC2208 overload line 
is set.  To have the ADC indicator work you need Mercury Firmware 2.4 
from Phil H.
