[hpsdr] Vista: cup now full! (was Re: vista: cup half full)

Bill,
I did as you said and I get a "Unable to load DLL 'DttSP.dll'"error.
My "Ozy Host Assisted Firmware Load" driver is version 0.1.12.1 dated  
3/20/2007.
