[hpsdr] Updating Mercury to v2.4 on Vista? (Ozy, USB-blaster probs)

Hello Lars,

I am having exactly the same problem when I run initozy.bat under Vista 32.
Currently I am having to connect an XP machine to HPSDR start
PowerSDR which then runs initozy. I then transfer the USB cable to my
Vista Laptop and start PowerSDR it all then works.

I am pretty certain that when I first loaded PowerSDR on my Vista machine
initozy worked fine, now it does not. The only thing I have done is to install
a Griffin PowerMate and received a couple of Vista updates from Microsoft.

I have given up on Windows 7 (both 64 and 32 bit) . I can't even get some of
my own programs (PC-ALE and PC-HFDL) to run on 7 even though they work
on Vista.
