[hpsdr] Acorn-sdr 0.2

Hi all,

I have put up version 0.2 of acorn-sdr at 
http://code.google.com/p/acorn-sdr/. This has just got off the ground 
with Ozy and includes all the bits to run under Linux. There is nothing 
to stop it running under Windows except the extension module would need 
building for Windows. The API to the Ozy driver  is  very simple so you 
can always experiment with a bit of Python and the driver. I have added 
a section on building  the ZeroC Ice middleware  as I think that might 
have been a bit off putting for many until Ubuntu fix the repository. 
The function is very limited at the moment but you can tune around on 
Mercury with SSB and AM supported through the simple Python DSP.
