[hpsdr] PANDORA wiki updated with photos

The first prototypes of the Pandora enclosure now exist and I've put 
some photos at the wiki: http://hpsdr.org/wiki/index.php?title=PANDORA

There are still some holes to be drilled and tweaks to be made (and 
pretty paint and labels to be applied), but these photos will show you 
how the enclosure works.

Remember that the Pandora interest list is only open until March 17.

To register your interest you need to go to Dale’s (WA8SRA) HAMSDR
website, in the projects section.

If you are a member and have previously expressed interest in these
projects, log in and re-enter your Quantities of each board.
