[hpsdr] Mercury update

Hi All,

I just successfully update the Mercury following the procedure found in

svn://206.216.146.154/svn/repos_sdr_hpsdr/trunk/USBBlaster-Binaries/README.txt

The page

shows the my very first  screenshot (on Windows but Linux is coming).
Great job: thanks to all who wished to share all this kwowledge.
BTW, the Gerd's 3-slots Atlas is working too after the update.

One caveat: it seems that the Quartus II Programmer 8.1 is no longer available.
However I downloaded the 9.0 release and, after changing all '81' with '90'  in 
Program-Mercury-EPCS16.bat, the update ran ok.
