[hpsdr] JTAG Mercury programming problem.

 I have the same problem. ''Can't access jtag chain''. First time
I did some things wrong, but now should be right way. But, without
luck :-(  What is strange, in PSDR it show just OZY number. Next
three lines show 0. I tried to change positions, but without luck too.
Any suggestions??? And silence from headphones, too.
