[hpsdr] LPU Assembly

Steve-

Looking in the Digikey catalog I think the crimper I got was the 
Molex W-HT-1921 (Digikey # WM9900-ND).

This low-cost version doesn't have the ratchet feature that the $250
version has but works just fine for low volume applications..

At Fry's they stock the same tool but it is repackaged by Waldom.
