[hpsdr] Why Why?

Hi Don, All,

That is exactly what I mean.
We don't know about all this.
Please don't take this personally, I'm just trying to understand and am
concerned about the HPSDR community.

All I could do is do my own very limited "research" to try and understand
what is going on.
And omitting an "official" explanation of some sort we can assume the wrong
things.

Maybe that is an issue by itself:
As there is no "official" organizational structure for the HPSDR community,
just a bunch of good willing volunteers all doing their best to make a
number of really nice things happen, a consequence might be that
communications and responsibilities are not well defined and may be a cause
of such problems we are experiencing right now.

Please try to talk this out with Phil and try to resolve your differences,
for the better of our so interesting hobby.
If I can help in any way, please let me know.

Regards,

Henry.
