I'm finding if I use NR I get a lot of "clicky break up" or "scratchy 
fuzz" on most signals.  I don't hear it with NR disabled.  Running about 
15% CPU max, usually under 10%.  I don;t hear it if I have MULTI RX ON 
(but NR OFF) so I dont; think it is a CPU issue.

I didn't notice this with the earlier PSDR, but I hardly used NR.  I 
happened to have it on today...  Might not be new.
