[hpsdr] Stupid question re PowerSDR+Janus+SoftRock

That's done it, Bill - many thanks!

Now I need to find another way to supply power to the SoftRock. Sharing 
a supply with HPSDR seems to be the cause of dreadful noise and 
distortion. Sigh.
