PowerSDR v1.19.3.1.diversity14 (K5SO 10DEC2010) is available for  
download from

to enable operations using variable phase/variable gain diversity  
reception with dual Mercury receiver boards on the Atlas bus.

This version:

1) fixes sporadic audio drop outs that occurred with previous versions  
when running at high sampling rates, especially 192KHz.  In tests, no  
drops were observed on three different computers; a 32-bit dual core  
laptop running Win XP, a 64-bit quad core machine running Win XP Pro  
x64 in 32 bit mode, and a 64-bit Win 7 machine running the 32-bit code.

2) fixes front panel control overlaps that occurred in previous  
versions when the PSDR window was resized.

3) fixes the inherited shape distortion of the front panel Pan control  
when the PSDR window was resized.

Note that the software may be tested to see if it will run on your  
machine without actually having two Mercury boards present on the  
Atlas bus, but in such a case no audio will appear if Mercury 2 is  
selected and no diversity mode operations will be operational, of  
course.
