One tester of the program on a Win 7 system finds that it is necessary  
for him to set the buffer size to 1024 in the PSDR Setup menu, i.e.,

Setup > Audio > Primary     Buffer Size 1024

My particular computer system doesn't seem to need that specific  
setting in PSDR to work fine but I wanted to mention it in case your  
system doesn't happen to like a setting larger than 1024.
