[hpsdr] Magister, Mercury and Pennylane: New Production

Hi Scotty.
OK, I understand.
I have used all 7 open-collector outputs for the control of the LP filters
in the PA so it is not possible to use one to start the ATU. I have
installed a "Push To Tune" button on the front of the HPSDR TX/RX to start
the ATU after activated TUN on PowerSDR.
