[hpsdr] Magister, Mercury and Pennylane: New Production

Hi Kjell,

There are 7 open-collector digital outputs 
available for ATU use. There is only one digital 
input, and it is used for PTT input.

Unfortunately it is too late to make 
modifications, since the PCBs arrive tomorrow. 
:-)  Also, Pennylane is 100% pin compatible with 
Penelope. Adding an additional digital input would change that.

There are three analog inputs. We could use one 
of those for a "ATU tune complete" signal.
