Yes same here. 18 months of continuous use of the HPSDR transceiver and I now hate using the backup FT450.

  I've been using the HPSDR transceiver setup (100W out) since January 2009. See my QRZ page.
  I find the wheel mouse & monitor so intuitive and easy to use now, I feel no need for conventional controls anymore.
  In fact, when reverting to the FT990 or IC751A I find that cumbersome!
  So, if you're used to a PC or similar, why not forget all that old technology?   Hooray for HPSDR!!  73, Hans VK5YX.
