[hpsdr] Versions of Ozy_Janus.rbf?

Hi

I am running Mercury+Magister successfully under WinXP, using the 
release from KD5TFD (December 2009). Now I want to run it on Linux 
(Debian 5, 64-Bit) using ghpsdr from N6LYT.
To avoid danger of destroying the FPGA on mercury, I would like to know, 
if there is only one version of FPGA-Code for all systems?
Can I use the Ozy_Janus.rbf of the Windows-Release when running the 
ghpsdr on Linux?

How can I check the version of Ozy_Janus.rbf? What would be the correct 
version for Linux, what for Windows?

Any help is much appreciated.
