Wouldn't we still need to purchase the AD/DA board with the DE2-115? That would add another $200 to $400 to the kit depending on which board you ordered. Or am I miss-reading the specs on the DE2-115?

Greetings all,
I wonder if anyone has looked at the Terasic product range
for a potential alternative off the shelf SDR hardware platform?
I recently bought one of their dual channel AD/DA 14 bit
boards to go with my old DE1 starter kit. I ordered the board
on a Friday and it was delivered the following Monday.
So far I have written some basic code to use the dual channel
DAC but I plan to write a simple receiver using the dual channel
65 Msps ADC.
This morning I notice that their "DE2-115 Development and Education Board"
looks like a powerful potential SDR board for $595 and if you are an
academic
$329. If you are interested check out the link to Terasic

Just a thought.
