[hpsdr] Troubles with OZY

Hello OMs !

My Name ist Reinhold, OE5RNL from Austria.

few years ago i have bought Altlas, Ozy,  Mercury and Penelope.
But i had not time to play with it - until now !

I installed the USBIO.EXE on Windows 7.
then i tried to load the firmware with initozy11.bat for Ozy

but there are error messages:

The first is:

load_firmwareV1.1 0xfffe 0x0007 ozyfw-sdr1k.hex
finding busses...
finding devices ...
usb_get_busses...
An error cocurred: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

can everybody help me ?
