[hpsdr] TAPR Board of Directors Elections

Hey folks --

I just sent off my nomination for the TAPR board of directors elections next month.  For those of you that are TAPR members, I would really appreciate your vote.  Note that Bill Vodall is not planning on running for reelection this time around, so you won't necessarily displacing Dan or John.  I'm happy to answer questions for folks, but my main goal will be pushing for the OpenHPSDR agenda at TAPR.  I'll also be at DCC for folks that haven't met me yet or want to ask questions in person.
