The FX2 firmware comes from reading the FX2 itself.  All the other firmware versions come out of the datastream coming from Ozy/Magister.  If they're 0, that indicates that Ozy isn't streaming data to you.  The biggest reason why I could think of that this isn't working is because the Ozy firmware isn't loaded correctly.  Are you getting successful output form initozy.bat?
